Full Refunds are only approved if the item has been inspected by a professional jeweler and it is not as described by us. You must include the evaluation with the returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your partial refund. If you are returning for any reason other than an item inspected by a professional jeweler and found not to be as described by us or the item is missing the professional evaluation, a partial refund is issued. If you are approved, a partial refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment less a 15% restocking fee, within 30 days.
