Beautiful blue topaz step cut 4.5ct stone set in an open 14K gold setting that allows light in to accentuate the vivid color, makes a bold statement on the finger. The ring is size 5.75.  In very good condition with very minor flea bites to the stone only visible with 10x magnification, eye clean.
